Dr. Uyen Thuy Xuan Phan在堪萨斯州立大学获得感官分析和消费者行为博士学位. She also has a Masters’ degree in Cognitive Science from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, 并获得越南胡志明城市理工大学食品技术学士学位.
